Atmosphere is pleasant, people are friendly . The layout of these apartments is very nice.

Nice place, quiet, clean secure, take care of problems in a timely manner, other tenants seem to be respectful of others, very enjoyable.

I really enjoy living at Maison Bocage Apartments. The residents are typically well-mannered. The staff are very nice and attentive to any needs or issues that come up. The gym is okay, it could use a new treadmill to replace one of the old ones. I recommend Maison Bocage Apartments to others!

First and foremost, I feel safe here. Second, the staff is unbelievely kind, sensitive to our needs, and friendly. Third, The maintenance staff is very courteous, friendly and responsive. Lastly, the complex is very well kept up, neat, clean and most importantly of all, shady! There are lots of trees on the premises and these add so much to the homelike feeling of the apartments. I am an older apartment renter, and I am so grateful to this company for providing me with a safe, warm and convenient place to live. I love it here.

If you are not impressed by the exterior the interior will certainly meet your expectations. Its quiet and well kept.

I love the many events that the complex has for the residents for holidays etc. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and I appreciate the monthly newsletters. I would feel much more secure if the apartments had additional security on the doors (the internal swing lock that hotels have or an internal turn lock that is not accessible from the outside with a key)

The lighting on the side of the complex where I stay it really dark. The light is dim at night when it do come on. Every thing else is great.
